Vegetarian Chili Bar

Want to warm up with a simple recipe that let’s everyone put their own spin on their bowl? Try making a chili bar, using this protein and fiber-packed vegetarian chili recipe from Nikki Glekas, our exclusive caterer for Chelsea Piers Connecticut.

Cauliflower Nachos

Make this classic Game Day snack just a bit more “healthy-ish.” Mix cauliflower in with lean ground meat (like turkey!) to lighten it up, or use all cauliflower to make it totally vegetarian. This recipe comes to us from Mallory Herb, one of our membership consultants in Chelsea Piers Fitness Brooklyn!
