Chris grew up on a small farm in western Pennsylvania and learned the basics of golf at the ripe young age of 8 from his father, Paul Hudak. Borrowing from the fundamentals of Ben Hogan, Jimmy Demaret as well as his father, he learned that golf was an art form, a philosophy and a science; emphasing timing, rhythm and tempo, as well as mechanics.
Chris entered his formal tutelidge under PGA Hall of Famer, Gary Ellis at the Pittsburgh Field Club. In his most formative years, he mentored under former PGA Professional and head Notre Dame Golf Coach, John Jasinski. Chris has had the opportunity to teach and learn from such notables as All-American collegiate golfers, Adam and Ryan Lescalleet and PGA Class A Golf Professional, Ben Chehval.
In his lifelong career and passion, Chris has worked at Harbour Town Golf Links and the Golf Club at Indigo Run, both located in the quiet of South Carolina's Lowcountry on Hilton Head Island.
Chris is a certified PGA Class A Golf Professional.
