Ann Roth has been active in the world of gymnastics for over 30 years - as a high-level competitor, coach and head coach at top gyms in the Midwest and Northeast.
Ann’s 20-year coaching career began in 1994 as the gymnastics program director at the Andover YMCA in Massachusetts. Over the past two decades, she has played a key role in coaching individual and team champions at the state, regional and national level.
Her coaching philosophy focuses on the individual needs of the athlete. Ann motivates and inspires her gymnasts to achieve their highest potential while also developing important life skills, including focus, perseverance and tenacity. Ann has worked with gymnasts of every level, from Pre-team to Level 10. She has devoted her life to coaching, enhancing her coaching principles through formal education in the areas of psychology, physical therapy and elementary education.
Ann holds a B.A. in Behavioral Psychology from Western New England University and a M.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport.
