Kathryn Connors

Kathryn graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Drama, a Minor in Dance and with an additional focus on Arts Administration. Before moving to New York City, Kathryn was part of a physical theater company in the Washington, DC area known for its Silent Shakespeare productions, which involve highly athletic movements. She also taught the adult studio fitness class for the company.

When she’s not dancing, Kathryn also enjoys teaching Row Xpo classes and subbing in as needed for other Group Fitness classes.
