Adult Gymnastics
December 22, 2016
Step out of your comfort zone and take an Adult Gymnastics class. You don’t need to be an Olympian to reap the benefits of gymnastics. Classes start on the floor with stretching, somersaults, cartwheels and handstands so no worries that you’ll be asked to do a routine on the uneven bars in a beginner class. Coaches cater to your individual skill and break the groups into skill levels.
