Kids of all ages (and some adults) will love this simple, fun, tasty idea for breakfast sushi using a kitchen staple, bananas. A fun activity that also works for snack time, kids can customize with their favorite healthy toppings.
Ingredients
- Bananas
- Nut Butter
- Yogurt
- Honey
- Nutella
Breakfast Toppings
- Favorite Cereal
- Raisins
- Shredded Coconut
- Granola
Dessert Toppings
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate Chips
How To
Prep
Put ingredients in small bowls
Make sure everyone has clean hands and put down protective cover on table if not working on an easily cleaned surface.
Make It
Peel bananas and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Coat banana piece with choice of nut butter, yogurt, honey, or Nutella.
Sprinkle or roll banana piece with toppings. Let your kids explore combinations of flavors and ingredients.
