Some Like it Hot

March 29, 2019

What may seem like just a trend is in fact much more. Heat has been used for centuries all around the world to loosen muscles, increase blood flow and improve health.

Yoga was first brought into a heated room in the 1980’s, but using heat to transform health has been in practice for centuries before this “trend” became popular in modern day times.

In fact, all around the world heat has been used by the Mayan temazcal, Turkish baths, Finnish saunas, Ayurvedic practices and much more.

Care to partake? Not only can you sweat it out in our luxury steam and sauna rooms available at both clubs, but you can now participate in three different heated classes.
