Staff Book Recommendations To Pass The Time In Quarantine

It's World Book Day and we are welcoming any random holiday that gives us something else to pass the time during quarantine. BONUS: you may actually learn something doing this activity! Not that there's nothing to learn from scrolling through TikTok or baking banana bread for the 11th time in four weeks. We asked our staff – what are your favorite books? While this list is certainly not comprehensive of every book worth reading, it's always nice to see something from someone else's perspective!

• Library and local book stores closed? Here are some resources to help you get cozy with a new book, at no cost!
• Audible is offering thousands of free selections on through Audible Stories. The collection includes plenty of classics, as well as excellent selections for kids and teens of all ages.
• Have a library card? Use it to sign up for the Libby app, which gives you access to thousands of titles including e-books, audiobooks and more!
