SET YOUR INTENTIONS
Set your intentions for the new season, and write them out in a journal or note on your phone. Set a reminder or calendar invite to check on your list weekly to track your progress!
SCHEDULE YOUR CLASSES
Check out our new Group Fitness Schedule and plan out a few classes to take this fall. Try one of our new classes: Bosu + TRX! Or try a class with an instructor you haven’t taken yet.
WORK WITH A TRAINER
If you haven’t done so already book your Complimentary Personal Training Session. A new season = a new start, and working with a trainer is a great way to create new goals, learn how to use equipment properly, and prevent injury.
COOK SEASONALLY
Reach for fall veggies such as sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, kale, and cauliflower to make healthy and cozy fall meals. Search on Pinterest for new recipes to add to your rotation, or start with this one from Northwell Health for spiced sweet potato fries.
CONNECT WITH OTHER MEMBERS
Don’t forget the importance of social wellness! Just because it’s not summer doesn’t mean it’s not a great time to gather with friends, or maybe make some new ones! Check out our Member Events Calendar and choose a few events to learn a new skill or meet other like-minded members at the club.
