Eric Hodska

Eric Hodska graduated in 1991 from Southern Connecticut State University with B.S. degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. He worked as a cardiac technician and managed corporate health centers for GE Capital and Chrysler Capital before starting his own business in 1995. He has been coaching triathletes and endurance athletes since 1992.

Eric is a top-ranked amateur triathlete who has competed in the highly competitive Hawaii Ironman Triathlon nine times, with a best time of 9 hours and 19 minutes. He has qualified for the Hawaii IM every year from 1996 to 2012, taking a few years off during this time from racing seriously to recharge. He holds the course record for Ironman USA in the 30-34 age group (9hrs24min) and has been selected by USA Triathlon as a six-time all-American. He also holds a 1/2 IM personal best of 4:01.
