Danielle Prager

A native New Yorker, Danielle began practicing ballet at a young age and never let go of the influence that movement had on her life. In 1998, she took her first yoga class and never looked back. Danielle has over 1,000 hours of training, beginning with Tibetan Heart Yoga in 2005 and 800+ hours with Jivamukti masters Sharon Gannon and David Life. She has been teaching full-time since 2008.

Danielle is known for her intuitive assists and teaches a transformative restorative yoga class, as well as a challenging and fun Vinyasa style. Danielle is constantly seeking to evolve as a teacher and therefore considers herself a perpetual student.

Danielle believes that the goal of yoga is not only to find a temporary refuge from our daily troubles, but also to directly realize our own true nature.
